Food was fresh, however there was some confusion as to the pricing. We entered on the premise of a "$5 buffet with drink purchase" however when it came time to pay we were informed that it was not $5. It was full price and the drink was free. Clearly that was not what was posted on the sign, an employee  (I'm assuming the manage) claimed "that's the way our computer rings it up." I was happy with the meal, not the pricing. I was expecting to pay $5 plus drink, not to have my drink free.

I ordered my pizza at 7:38 pm via phone on 1/7/2018 and as of 8:54 the pizza still has not let the store and I'm approx 2 miles away at the hotel. I called and was met with "uh yea you had a 1 hour and 10 min delivery window". Hire better managers to this location please and managers that actually take pride in what they do!

Ordered online. Order was delivered late by 20 minutes. The stuffed garlic knots had no garlic. Just plain dough and cheese. I called the restaurant to complain. Dalton answered. I told him the issue and was met with "uh, that's what they are. That's how they are supposed to be." No. I've ordered them before. It isn't. "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" How about a refund for just the knots? "What's your name again?" I told him my name and asked if he was the manager. I was met with "uh, yeah. As of about 10 minutes ago." He offered to put a credit to my phone number or send a new order out of the correctly completed knots. I opted for the knots because I don't plan on ordering. "Well. You're going to have to wait for at least an hour." I am NEVER ordering from this location again. Terrible customer service, food prep, and delivery.

Very few people inside for the dine-in experience. Wonderful seclusion with a touch of that classic Pizza Hut ambience. Awesome food. Fast service. Clean restaurant.
