This gets a 1 Star only cause I got my money back. I didn't even know that until I called back twice. I and many of my co workers have orders here before and never had an issue with the address of our workplace. Now this is an hour later I'm wondering where my pizza is and why it shows being delivered. All of a sudden a stand alone business is a Apartmemt complex out of nowhere and they want an apartment number. We can't take phone calls when we are with customers.  They never took it to an address they have delivered to multiple times before.

 Now I'm hangry trying to figure out what's going on. Get hung up on when I ask for my money back, put on hold when I call back in, and told the other girl who sounds suspiciously exactly like the rude girl I'm talking to that my order was canceled by the other girl. Then get hung up on again. 

So now I'm still hangry won't get to eat till 10pm and on top of that I'm not ordering even pick up from this lame location of incompetent and rude people ever again.

I was in town for business. Just wanted to stay in and relax at the hotel. I ordered my pizza and they had it delivered in 30 minutes. Pizza was piping hot. The delivery lady was super friendly. 
So, for all you folks reading this, if you're in the Farmer Branch area and want a quick delivery meal, call these guys. They will take care of you.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER1
 AFTER MY ORDER WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE, I CALLED AND ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES FROM THE MANAGER. 
THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. 
APPARENTLY NO ONE WORKS HERE, HMMM I WONDER WHY. 
MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB.  
BTW MY LOCATION WAS ONLY A FEW BLOCKS AWAY.  THE ONLY THING I WAS OFFERED WAS TO HAVE MY ORDER REMADE, YEAH GREAT SO I CAN WAIT ANOTHER HOUR? NO THANKS, ILL TAKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

Went there for pick up after "fast and ready" wasn't ready. Paid maybe 2 more dollars for a far superior pizza. It only took 20 minutes and there was other fast shopping I could do in the parking lot while I waited.  Will probably make a habit of running in there. Was totally satisfied.
