I've been ordering from this Domino's every week for about two years. Overall the service is hit or miss. There were a couple bad experiences with some underdone chicken wings and a wilted salad but the sandwiches are generally good.
This evening, after waiting TWO HOURS for ONE SANDWICH and couple of 2-liters that cost me over $20, I was delivered, old, cold food. 
Just over an hour into the wait, The tracker said my food had been out of the oven for about an hour so I called the store and spoke to a lady named Anita who told me that the wait for delivery for about 2 hours, however, I was never informed of that. I told her that according to he tracker, my food had been done for an hour and she said the tracker is "inaccurate" THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

This store has horrible customer service. I tried to place a phone order today & the rude person on the phone cut me off by saying call back with a none private number. I said that must be a mistake I've been ordering from here for years, my number isn't private. She kept repeating herself. I hung up and drove up there to see the rude person I was speaking to and the GM was rude as well. I walked out.  Felt i would go to jail from dealing wuth the trashy ppl there. I ordered Mr. Pizza like i should have in the beginning. I've lived in Wayne 14 years and I've had the same number for the same amount of years, it's never been an issue. . I am contacting corporate, I've heard too many stories about this location being ran unprofessional.

It may have been good, if it was even remotely warm. Took 40 mins for them to make it and another 35 to travel 1.7 miles. Thought I'd give Domino's another try, disappointing.

The Wayne, MI store simply blew me away...though they were super busy on a Sat night we ordered 3 of the 3 topping $7.99 Larges, they were simply amazing, in all aspects, delicious and perfect I'd like to make sure they get the shout out they deserve..well done Wayne Store you guys are on your A game fosho❤
