This Cottage Inn Pizza has been our favorite for some time now.  It is convenient to our home and easy to get to.  Located on Michigan Avenue East it is a simple matter to take the nearest turnaround if you are travelling on Michigan Avenue West.  There is ample parking and the lot is kept clean and free of ice and snow during inclement weather.

Charlie makes the finest pizza out of any Cottage Inn that we have tried.  It is always hot and fresh.  The staff is friendly over the phone and in person.  The pizzeria is kept neat and tidy.  We like to order over the phone and go pick up. 

The flavorings and toppings are always done right.  Not too much and not too little.  Their square pizzas are awesome.  They don’t skimp and serve it up right.  Their salads are fresh and tasty.  We like their chicken wings as well.

My thin crust pizza was over done.   My pizzas are usually so good here. Called the manager and he was awful.  Kept trying to tell me how it was as it should be. No sir I've had them here to many times before for you to give me that feel.  Then he says well I can redo your pizza and half cook it for you.   I said good night and hung up. Poor customer service that night

I just ordered their for the first time last night. And delivery took over an hour to get. Even though I am right down the road from them. When the driver got here he had said another driver got into a fight so they were more concerned about that then making my order. So they give me extra food as a way to make up the lateness. I order a cinnamon bread and cheese bread. I will probably never order from cottage inn ever again. The cheese bread was nasty. And the cinnamon bread was ok. I’ll just stick to Hungry Howies. I actually asked for cinnamon bread with no icing and it came with icing. So the extra was a bread with icing and gave me one that didn’t have icing.
