Beautiful MacDonalds.Place is clean. Took my coupons There was a lady name Lorie there who was cleaning, hosting, doing everything. What a great asset to McDonald's. She was great. Friendly, she made the place where I want to come back to. Good job. I'm glad to fix the place up. They have a kids play ground also.

This morning at 7:20am I took my daughter and her bf to McDonald’s before school for a special treat. We ordered 8 hot chocolates (the kids passed them out to the staff at school). We were asked to pull up to the curb and that someone would bring them to the car. 10 minutes later I went inside and the girl behind the counter says to me are you waiting on the hot chocolates? Yes I replied another 5 minutes later she finally handed me the drinks. I never received an apology or was even acknowledged. I absolutely will not be returning to this location. Horrible customer service!

Went through their drive-thru at 10am this morning & was greeted by a very polite and sweet worker at the first window (payment). She was SO sweet & polite & deserved to be recognized for it. Mainly because it's SO horrible how bad of service I get when at other locations. I can barely squeeze a smile out of them, but here she was sweet, smiled, and even told me to have a blessed day. 5 star service.. I hope the manager sees so that they can give her a raise, she deserves it.

Juicy ass chicken nuggets 😍 great food. Had ketchup when I needed it and the manager seems cool asf! I'm here now, he sounds super polite with the customers, and he just gave us two free breakfast sandwiches and a mocha frappe because he made too much and was kind enough to share it with costumers. I go to McDonald's all the time and this one I would definitely rate top of the line 😍👌🏽

just want to share my experience at this McDonald's in Canton, Michigan. Crew Trainer Markie was not pleasant in his greeting. it is rude to take someone's order with one arm crossed and the other (hand) touching his face. This location was not very clean and saw one crew member was using the same gloves to handle food after cleaning the counter. our disappointment in this place will never afford a revisit.
