Great service! We live out on the very south edge of town & they are the only ones who deliver & they never give us grief about it! Of course we try to make it worth it!! Fantastic people, food and service!!!

We used to order from here at least twice a week. Now there credit card machine insists we have an invalid card due to the zip code. It's the same zip code we have had the entire time. We have tried and tried but usually end up treated like we are trying to pass off a stolen card. I guess Pizza Hut, who has no problems with the card, have new regular customers.  Bye bye Dominos.

Got salad, cheesy bread boneless chicken, and soda. A bottle of soda was missing, but replaced in less than ten minutes. The driver was personable and pleasant. The food is good and worth the price. And I didn't have to fix it or go get it. Thanks, Domino's workers!

I am here out of town on job training. I called I placed my order there are very kind on the phone I even gave the wrong room number called back gave them the correct room number. And they said thank you it’ll be anywhere from 25 to 35 minutes thank you. No sooner did I get off the phone I looked up and they were pulling in from across the parking  i’m stateing from call to delivery! seven minutes from the time I called my food was being delivered. I didn’t ask for a receipt over the phone. And when I asked the driver was kind enough to take my number and said that he would drop one off on one of his other routes. So to the person said that they waited an hour and a half when they were less than 10 minutes away maybe you should drive. Thank you Domino’s in Idaho Falls you just gave me an experience it’ll keep me coming back. Thank you for your service

Customer service is mediocre, food is always weird or wrong, deliveries are often long and late. In the photo's, you will see the hot wings they sent us. When I called and complained, they talked back to me about how these wings were "extra saucy" so "they don't know what happened." Company policy is that if an order is wrong or poor quality, on the customers good word, they refund the value of the product on credit or send out a replacement immediately. We got a $28 credit for these "extra saucy" hot wings, which sums up why we keep coming back. As a rule of thumb, for every 2 items we order, we get 1 for free. Thank you incompetent and sassy staff!
