Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza online and accidentally put in the wrong address. Called to ask them to change it was told I would have to cancel my order and place a new one and get charged again to get it changed. I then asked if I could just come pick it up from the store was told no again I would have to cancel my order and place a new one and get charged again to do that. That is ridiculous.

We ordered a pizza last night around 10pm. It got to our house an hour later, wrong pizza. We called them and we were informed we would have a new one within 25 minutes. An hour goes by and we call again and are informed their driver had just left. Awful service and no compensation for waiting 2 hours for the right pizza.

I called teice for delivery. Each time the phone was picked up, no one said anything and then hung up. So i ordered online. I've waited for over an hour. No one will answer. Im not getting my pizza. This is really irritating. I will take my budiness else where.

When I get extra toppings they don't let the pizza cook all the way. Dough is still raw.... Go to the pizzahut on 17th lol

My food was awesome and the staff was more than helpful. However it my be prudent to mention they have a new location right next door. This new building no longer offers "Sit down". Only carryout and delivery.
