I didn’t want to believe the reviews... but wow this place is bad. I live right across the street from this location and it took over and hour to get my pizza. The pizza showed up 45 min. after the notification that my driver was on the way. I called the store and they assured me she would be there in 5 min. Once my driver pulled up she sat in her car coughing hysterically for about a minute. Slowly making her way to the other side I decided I’d just meet her on the sidewalk. Praying I didn’t catch her germs, I got inside and opened my pizza only to find it fully stuck to the top of the box.. and luke warm.

order was out of the oven within 10 minutes of the tracker, it said it was out for delivery for the first 25 minutes (i live 5 minutes away), girls car breaks down, manager says shell be at my place in 5, another 20 minutes later she shows up. 

pizza is warm. dominos is always a place of regret

Ordered online, they call me to say they only have one delivery driver so my wait time would now be 2.5 hours! I then offered to just come pick it up and they said no, it would be a "security issue because their pick-up closed at 9." So then I offered to stand in the parking lot so they could "deliver" it to me right outside and was denied again, so now I have to wait 3 days for my card to get refunded. Seriously? Never ordering from here again, and am disappointed in Dominos as a company.

First of all the pizza that we special order looked horribly disgusting and old. Tbis dominos obviously doesnt know how to read request cause my pizza was not the only problem. I specifically asked to have the order delived to my back door because the front is gated in and we have a dog. Instead of following directions they came to the front and tried to open the gate which rhe lock is on the inside....... Teach your employees to follow directions and make good pizzas.

I used my phone app to order a pizza.  It took two and a half hours to deliver.  I live less than two miles away from the store.  The pizza was warm, not hot, and I had to slice it myself.  What the what?
