First, I'm not one to send food back. I've worked in the industry for plenty of years and understand things happen, however customer service should always be a priority. The delivery driver was kind and understood that the pizza looked like it came straight from a concrete mixer (most of the pizza was on the top [inside] box). After they brought the 2nd pizza back ,total of 2 hours from point of purchase he did not offer any type of compensation for the hassle or time. I do not expect anything for free, however I do expect that pizza hut would have a better policy surrounding these circumstances. Well, turns out my expectations were higher than pizza huts standards regarding customer satisfaction. After a brief phone call with this fine establishment I was wrong on my assumptions again. The clerk was condescending on the phone and acted like my concerns were without merit. She asked if I received a new pizza, which I did, but thought that was enough to satisfy my complaint. After a 10 minute conversation she was able to give me a $10 credit (couldn't refund because they would have to email my credit union for a refund and would take "days"). I decided it wasn't worth anymore of my time and ended the call. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled and needless to say they will not have my business any longer. This may seem petty, but I am a very big believer of making things right for returning business/revenue. Reviews do show how a business operates and I should have put more trust in what others have said. Don't make this same mistake and find another franchise that holds this simple business model to heart.

I stopped in to order some breadsticks while small fry was getting a haircut next door. Thanks to Christina for her kind and prompt service. I enjoyed my snack!

The manager (at least I think she's the manager, short girl, dirty blonde hair) is fantastic. She does her job right and takes care of her customers. One employee - dark hair buzz cut, high school kid - is AWFUL. Completely unprofessional, doesn't hear you come in because he's blasting music on his ear buds, acts like you're wasting his time, and whines about not getting tips. Worst customer service employee I've ever encountered. Absolutely useless.

I order from this Pizza Hut fairly often, and they rarely disappoint. My order is pretty much always accurate, no matter how complicated,they always have great deals, and a bonus, the delivery drivers seem to get here a tad earlier than expected quite often. I'll keep ordering from this Pizza Hut. They've always done me right. Plus, this place beats the domino's close by in every category by far.

Bait and switch. Bought 2-topping large special for $7.99 as advertised. Showed up and they said i ordered a specialty pizza. $16.99. Be careful. Every time I order here I regret it. Too many other pizza shops nearby.
