I'm constantly ordering food from here 1 to 3 times a week... and the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because of the convenience of divery. And typically there delivery people are pleasant. But I mean it's less than a mile away from my job and always takes 45 min to almost 2 hours to get, and they are constantly messing it up. Weather it's forgetting straws/napkins/mayo packets. Or not reading the order right like cut in half/extra mayo...etc....

This is my first experience with Jimmy John's and more than likely it will be my last.  We walked into the restaurant at 7:45pm and they had all of the booths pushed up next to the counter and were more interested in cleaning than helping customers.  When my wife asked for a turkey slim with added cheese they refused to even add mustard.  I'm in this business and this was not customer service!

They got my order wrong, apologized profusely, and made it RIGHT!!! NO hassle, no fuss. Classy, FAST, customer service. Amazing and much appreciated. Grab a sandwich. These guys are GREAT!!!

Order a sandwich at 11:21 am - had to call at 12:30 to find out where my order was to be told they were short staffed and it would be there within 20 minutes. Finally the sand which arrived at a quarter to one.  The driver was rude on top of that just demanding the money, no sorry for the late delivery. The worst delivery experience I have ever had.

Staff is rude and incompetent. Almost everyone at this store needs additional training in customer service. Bunch of kids with massive attitude problems
