Would rate lower if I could. All but gave up on this dominos but they relocated and I thought I'd give them another chance. Ordered delivery the beginning of November and when I opened it, it was drowning in sauce and looked like it had been dropped. I called the store, they were very polite and immediately sent out a replacement pizza (I say replacement bc I sent the first pizza back with the delivery person) so lunch was late, but I got what I paid for. Two weeks later I order pickup and a sauce I paid for was not included when I got home. I called and asked for it to be included on my next order. The girl refused, told me I'd just gotten a free pizza last time, and her coworker NEVER forgets anything so I must be lying and if I wanted a marinara I would have to come back to the store and get it and then hung up on me. So I drive back up there in rush hour traffic to get my sauce and speak to a manager who apologized but didn't seem too concerned while the girl I spoke to stood in the back of the store pointing at me and giggling with another girl the whole time I was in there. The next day I get I call from the owner apologizing, saying the store was under new management and offered me a $20 credit asking me to give them a second chance. I reluctantly accepted. New Year's eve I decided to finally use it and called to order the $7.99 carryout special. When I was given my total I was surprised at how much it was and asked if the credit had been applied. The girl told me that I had already used the credit the last couple times I'd been, and cited the two November incidents. I told her this was the credit from the last time. She told me I didn't deserve it because of my past credits (even though I never used a credit the last time and the pizza before that had been returned). She then told me she was done with me and passed me off to another person. This employee was polite and explained that as I was using a credit I did not qualify for the carryout special. A simple and understandable explanation for the unexpected total of my bill. When I came to pick it up I saw it was the friend of the rude girl from my last visit. Tl;dr: VERY rude employees who act as though it is policy to use past mistakes as a reason to deny even basic customer service. Gave the new store a second chance and had another TERRIBLE service experience. My kids love pizza and I will be going elsewhere from now on since this place apparently cares nothing about good customer service.

I placed an order last week and waited almost an hour to call, they sent the driver out of their area to deliver to a college, I of course canceled my order. Tonight I ordered again, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, they told me it would be another 10 to 15 mins more. So I canceled another order. I don't know who the hell is rumning that place, but I have never had a problem like this lately. I have been a faithful customer for over ten years, but not anymore! They have lost a loyal customer!

Note for Dominos Domino’s gluten free is the only pizza I can eat that doesn’t have adverse effects on my digestion. I loved when they came out with gluten free crust and their base was not nearly as acidic as others. So I’ve ordered, reordered and reordered some more - even when I’m traveling for work. But I spent over an hour and a half wondering where the 25-30 minute pizza could be? I first called an hour after the order and was told, “we had driver issues and yours was at the bottom of the list, so he’s leaving for your delivery right now”. Okay then (I live 5 min up the road). When I noticed still no delivery, I called back (now 1.5 hr has gone by). This time I was handed off from the first person to the delivery driver who said he called me on my cell phone listed on the order. Funny, other than my wife, the only other calls on that phone were from me to the Dominos store (picture attached). So since he clearly was caught in a lie, he quickly handed the phone over to the manager. While interrupting my questions of trying to understand why a driver would lie, why my order was returned and why I didn’t even get the courtesy of a call, she proceeded to tell me that there was a requirement of having “x” relating to the order. When I explained that this was met, then she came up with another requirement, then after I explained that was met, she gave me another requirement, which in fairness was (conveniently) not met. But either of the other two instances of notice were attempted by the driver (as if he was genuinely doing their job) and the order issue would have not have been an issue (despite an hour+ delivery delay (giving them the benefit of the doubt)). The problem isn’t the food. It’s the lack of specific store location customer care, quality and consistency. The even larger issue is that there was is no accountability. And who cares right? It’s not like they’re losing money. Another instance of a company so large a single customer doesn’t matter. After this train wreck, my wife placed an identical order and went in for carry out. When she walked in, she saw a few workers laughing and having a good time without acknowledging her. When she asked for the pizza, she heard a delivery driver joking and laughing about dropping a customer’s pizza. My wife then asked for the manager, started to ask about the driver. The manager simply said the driver’s name and turned to walked away, clearly not willing to discuss the issue. Before leaving with the pizza (now 2.5 hrs late), my wife asked for the owner to call her. While in the car getting ready to leave, my wife saw the manager huddling the store employees around, discussing something. Disappointing at the very least. It’s a pizza place. And a customer that clearly has an order history. Is it that hard to make things right?
