Recently encountered a RUDE general Manager who refused to give his name or take any action even though I was voicing a complaint. Apparently my order got CANCELLED since the driver claimed I never answered the door or my phone, but we have ordered from Pizza hut on numerous occasion prior to tonight without a problem. When I asked why or how this happened, the GM became rude and argumentative instead of helpful, even to the point of saying "I have other things to do" and "I don't have to give you my name" before hanging up on me. When I called back, the COOK answered the phone and informed me that the person I was just talking to was the manager named JAMES FARHAM. We typically order 25-40 $ worth of food once or twice a week, but now this particular pizza hut WON'T be one of the place we will spend our money on, or any other PIZZA HUT depending on the resolution I get, if any, from the corporation I will be attempting to get in contact with.

only received half of our order and what we did get was awful. The pizza was literally a cracker with no sauce and burnt meat on it and it was 50 bucks for two pizzas and cheese bread. The worst experience I have ever had with any pizza place. You will be disappointed if you eat here

Service was terrible. Waitress was rude, and food was not good. Thanks but no thanks waste of time and money.

I am beyond fed up with this Pizza Hut! The staff, especially the managers, are rude. I ordered deliver and only received half of my order. I informed the delivery driver. She proceeded to complain that she had a long day and said if I "really felt the need to complain, then call the store." I called the store, was transferred to a manager who was very rude, and was told that I could wait an hour and a half for them to come back out with it or take a store credit. Next experience, I ordered and it said it would take 50 minutes to get here. I figured they were backed up so that was fine. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I called the store to inquire about how much longer it would be only to find out that they had cancelled my order.
