Similar experience as customers below. Ordered online, showed up to the store 25 minutes later and when I asked about my order they hadn't even started it yet. And not because they were busy. Left, came back another 20 minutes later, had to wait in line for another 10 minutes because the kid working the register was more interested in watching the pizzas being made than helping the line in the lobby. Finally my turn at the register, added a fountain drink to my order, paid. Tried to fill my drink and the machine wasn't working. Stood in line another 10 minutes. Finally got up to the counter again and the kid informed me that the fountain machine doesn't work 😡. Then he started to walk off again without offering my money back. Had to stop him. We worked it out. Then he went looking for my pizza. It had been on the shelf the whole time I was in the store the second time. All he had to do was take my money and give me the pizza. Management needs to be present at all times at this store. These kids working there are either confused or overwhelmed. Either way it makes for a bad experience. Cheaper and faster to just have pizza hut deliver.

Every time I order online the actual wait time is double what they tell you.  Today the online order tracker on my phone showed my order was ready.  When I got to the store the in-store tracker showed my order ready.  My order was not ready. After waiting additional 15 to 20 minutes I again asked about order and was told that they have to remake one on my pizza.  Another 8 minutes finally ready.  No apology.

Used app to order pizza. The tracker said it was being checked for perfection at 5:43, left store at 5:58. Arrived at 6:17. We are 1 mile from store! The order (2 pizzas) were completely wrong! Tasted like cardboard and ingrediants not as ordered! Manager apologized and said hed send out two more for free. Said it would be an hour, IT NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Will NEVER order from this location again!i

Salad and a boneless chicken. 1 hr + from the order to the delivery. Pretty usual here. Still though if the chicken shows up luke warm I'd suggest hiring more drivers. I get on a Saturday that it's busy but if you can't get a meal to someone warm there's a problem. Just saying

Should've read other guest reviews took an hour for one medium pizza and I was the only in store guest. That's ridiculous I don't know what the issue is here but if dominos cares at all for their customers they will address this.
