I know everytime I order whether delivery or pick-up...they always have it done right and in good timing...plus like where you order so many times you get a freebie...real friendly folks at this location and helpful! I really also like the timer showing what stage the pizza is at so you can see it's on it's way etc...originally started ordering Dominos when I lived in MI and they were always great...glad to know I can also order in our small town of Ooltewah with the same great service...whether ordering alot or small always good ;)

Never received my pizza ! I placed my order at 9:00pm and when 10:30 pm came and I still hasn't received my pizza I called and was told the driver couldn't get in the gate. I have clear instructions upon ordering to use the resident gate and access wouldn't be an issue. I provided this information again by phone with a phone number and was told they would make my pizzas again and send them back out. Once again I wait an hour and call back to be told the driver couldn't get in again and they brought the pizzas back. How could this happen a second time when I provided my best contact info and gate access code. The response I received was I don't know , we refunded your money. Thanks for nothing But a headache Dominoes because after three hours that's all you delivered to me. Never again !!!!

WORST DOMINO's LOCATION EVER!!!  Two separate & consecutive  times they have gotten our order wrong & we didn't realize it until after we got home with the food & were unwilling to drive back that same night, so we just ate what we got.  Unhappy to say the least!  Also, they do not keep your food under heat lamps so as soon as your food comes out of their oven, it starts to get cold.  They charge parmesan cheese!!!  They conveniently don't have the little packets that other locations give out for free & ask that you buy a container of cheese.  Really???  We have mentioned this to the employees & they have told us that it's the franchise owner that does this in hopes that people with buy cheese.  Do you want me to pay for the napkins too?  We won't be back, ever!!!

Super fast. Friendly service. The pizza is not cardboard, it's actually very, very good. Can order online and pick up in usually 10 minutes. They have always been fast and friendly with my orders. This is one of my local favorites.
