Been picking up my groceries at their “post Covid” Pick Up section. Love it. Spend less time shopping and don’t have to pick the item off the shelf and put it in my cart, take it out and check it - since most are going with “self check.” Put in a bag and back into my cart, wheel it out to my vehicle and out of the cart and into my ride then take it out and put it away when I get home. I click an item, it is brought to my vehicle and that is it! Love it. Service is really good here too. A couple of times on a Friday afternoon the wait has been long but over all they do a good job.
I rang myself up, bagged my own groceries, put my shopping basket away myself, and carried my own groceries out. The only thing I didn't do is unload the truck and stop the shelves. I even processed my own payment.
Don't visit this store in Ooltewah that often. It is always busy when I do. But the store is always clean. It's not the same layout at our normal so I asked a worker where the pet food was located. He had no clue or just didn't want to help. ??
They have 3 people watching you check yourself out and they have another one at the door to check your receipt to make sure you didn't try to steal anything that wouldn't fit in a bag I spent 300 + and I had a box of cat litter that was to big to bag so I had to wait on the employee to find it on the receipt before I could leave and some of the employees are very rude
Niello, the cashier took great care of me. He not only only scanned all my groceries with efficency, he also offered and helped load them into my car. I was appreciative of him and the service.
This Chattanooga TN charging station is our half-way point from Atlanta GA to Nashville TN. The station is clean and the chargers work as designed. An average it takes us 15 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% charge with the Audi e-tron!! And an additional 12 minutes to charge to 100%! After we plug-in the Audi e-tron to charge, we have time to walk to Walmart, use the bathroom, purchase a drink and a snack and walk back to the Audi with a 80% charge!! And sometimes my wife wants to get her steps in… that a 25 minute walk around the Walmart parking lot = 2 miles and over 4,000 plus steps! Oh and the best part is the cost!! On average we pay $8 to $10 for a full charge!! I hope this note helps in your decision to purchase an electric vehicle!
Easy access, plenty of parking, and well lighted. Helpful employees, and the curbside grocery pick up is fantastic; fast and efficient with sufficient numbered parking spots to hand their customers. For curbside grocery pick up, I'm typically leaving with groceries in under 5 minutes or less after parking. This location also offers charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as a gas station.
Nothing to do with just this particular Walmart, I find it extremely ridiculou that they don’t make bags big enough to fit most of their larger items in like a 12 pack of soda, but when you’re leaving the store, they have to check your receipt because they think you’re stealing stuff. It is not a courtesy. It is an insult to customers that you have to double check them after they drop over $100 on three bags of groceries because the sodas don’t fit in a bag!
This Wal-Mart was legit, there at closing time: lady on the intercom announced that closing time was approaching in a non-threatening tone. The stock woman observed me searching the selves and asked if I needed help finding anything. She knew of three locations that had different types of the product I was looking for. It was the second of the three. Then the self checkout, one of the workers saw me begrudgingly approach the machine, the first was on sale, not on machine associate came over, saw I had several problem items. After confirming my age and explaining that I am not a cashier they took my items rang them up and got me out no problem.
We were in about 6:30 a.m., the one aisle that we needed to access was packed between pallets being put out and carts of products being stocked. It was very frustrating.
