Horrible Horrible Experience.  The first pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive, and according to the tracker, it was over an hour after if came out of the oven.  So I called the store...I was on hold for nearly 20 min, and was placed on hold 4 separate times (finally hung up).  The first driver, Olivia, was very polite and professional, and offered to go back to the store and have the pizza remade.  Then when the second pizza arrived, (over 2 1/2 hours from the original order) the driver was rather rude, didn't have the proper change, and yes I was still expected to pay for the pizza, and he kept making excuses about how Dominos doesn't deliver to my address....I have ordered and received several pizzas previously at this address.  Then I open the pizza box...the pizza is literally 1/2 RAW!!!!! As of yet there has been no attempt to resolve this occurrence or compensate me in any manner. Avoid this establishment!!!

Driver never showed. Driver never called. Girl said she would call back cause driver just walked in. Never got a call back. Had to call back myself. Placed order at 4:36 pm... it is now 6:03 pm and they are talking aboubt resending it out in a few minutes. Thanks for the two hour delivery and no mention of taking anything off the price more or less stating that this one is on them. 😠

Extremely disappointed with my experience tonight. My boyfriend called in two pizzas for us, and I went to pick them up. When I walked in the door there were two people ahead of me..the first guy got his order and left, then the phone rang and instead of the cashier telling the person on the phone to please wait, the other customer and myself had to wait for her to talk to TWO different calls and place their order. Finally a driver helped the other customer and once he left with his order i stood there another few minutes without being acknowledged. The manager finally came up to deal with a customer on the phone and he asked me if I'd been helped and I said no not even looked at and the cashier was shocked I was even standing there. She then proceeded to tell me our order wasn't in the system and was a sure we called the right place. She asked what the order was and said they didn't have anything like that..another employee started asking me the same thing and they started looking and I said I had the phone number it was ordered under and he acted like he couldn't look it up that way?? I finally got our order and left. I didn't know what my boyfriend had ordered for himself and I didn't check mine..once home however, we see this deep dish was actually a normal pizza and just placed in a deep dish box..I was supposed to have a supreme with no sausage, add pineapple..I had pineapple AND sausage and extra garlic sauce on the crust that was supposed to go on the deep dish...just a horribly run place and employees that don't know what customer service is.

This location almost always screws something up, whether it's the wrong pizza or forget to make your bread. I would say that I have problems 90%of the time. They got a 2 star because they do make it right, but I'm actually quite tired of it.

They are always on time and the food is still hot. Drivers are ALWAYS so nice. Thank you.
