Best pizza, I think it's the cheese, but better tasting than any other pizza joint. They do have gluten free options, but they can only do a smaller size. It is good though and they did a gluten free crust cheese sticks, they were not all fluffy and doughy obviously, but tasted surprisingly well. Get the margarita pizza, fresh Roma tomatoes, cheese, fresh basil, real gourmet.

Just dropped my last 20 on the wisest investment of my life, says my taste buds.   If you can make a pizza better than the one they threw together in 10 minutes, come see me because I bet it don't exist.  Hats off to Simms.  So far so good.  Only one piece in.

Best Pizza in Johnson City, in my humble opinion!  New York style with quality toppings.  They also have good hot sandwiches and catering service which is top notch.

The pizza was very good but did need more pepperoni.  The baked pasta Alfredo was the BEST and was served with a baked hoagie roll covered in mozzarella cheese.  Very good sweet tea too.  The philly steak was excellent with slightly crunchy bread.  The restaurant eat in area is small but they do provide table service.  The server was so kind.  We are definitely planning to return.

My husband and I were working in the Boones Creek/Johnson City area and were looking for a place to eat lunch that had great food at great prices. We stopped at Simms pizzeria. The first thing we noticed was the great service. Then we looked at their lunch specials which were awesome. We placed our order and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. The food we ordered was not only a lot of it but it was great. I'd recommend this place to anyone. The service is good the food is great and the prices are amazing...
