Ordered and tracker said,  delivered....no pizza .. when it finally showed up 20 min later.... it was cold... called the store and no answer after holding 30 mins....😠😠😠

Called order in, came in paid for my order, the gentleman looked at the pizzas that were ready and said it's not ready yet. I sit down and wait and after 3 more pizzas were complete, another young man said what's the name. The pizza was the one the other looked at. 45 minutes wasted. No parmesan or red pepper to go. Will not return. They were having a good time, sad to say i wasn't.

I understand weekends are busy, I placed my order online and I will say even on busy weekend nights they are fast but my delivery guy wasn't given my full order, so he had to leave and come back then they still forgot to give him everything I had ordered! So now I'm waiting for a third time😐

I ordered a pizza online. Checked the order as requested online. Went to pickup my order, got home to notice after opening the box that I received a cheese pizza (they forgot to add sausage, black olives and mushrooms) called the store and the manager tells me that "that's what you ordered" I said no sir that's not what I ordered. He said he'd give me 50% off if I wanted to order another pizza. I told him that for 1.5 years I've been getting my pizza from there. Not happy with this store so now Pizza Hut will get my money. Be sure to double check your order before leaving this store. 101 S Hampton Rd
