The food is very delicious!  We did the regular diet which is very tasty and features less than 500 calories per meal.  We did a month of lunch and dinner, there was a nice mix of flavors and not the same types of foods in each package.  It has been very convenient and healthy.  We recently switched to the Paleo meals and found them just as tasty and a nice variety!  The customer service has also been spot on!

Fresh Fit Foods is by far my favorite meal plan delivery service in this area (and I have sampled a lot!)  Chad and his team consistently offer healthy, good quality food and excellent customer service. I appreciate that they strive to provide variety, and change up their menus based on customer feedback. I also like the fact that I can cancel and reactivate my service with zero hassle. I would definitely recommend Fresh Fit Foods to anyone looking to substitute or supplement their current lunch and/or dinner routine!

We vacation down in Naples a couple times a year with young kids with multiple, severe allergies. We’ve found the best meal solution, hands-down, has been to use Fresh Fit Foods.  We won’t even head down South now without touching base with Chef Chad beforehand to make sure he can accommodate our collective allergies.  The food is healthy and always tasty and as a parent, I really appreciate that I can just portion a complete meal on a plate, heat for 2-3 minutes and serve.  It’s taken all of the stress away from planning/preparing the meals so we can focus on enjoying beautiful Southwestern Florida!  The 5 stars rating is truly deserved.

This is not only a great deal but it is incredible food.  They are easy to work with and everything I have gotten from them has been a treat!

I cannot give them enough stars! If you are busy like most people and want incredible food that doesn't break the bank give them a try.

We work full-time, and have a baby and a toddler. Fresh Fit Foods is perfect for us to enjoy a healthy, properly-portioned meal without all of the work cooking and cleaning, affording us the time to spend with our little ones. My husband is a triathlete; the portion-size is satisfying. Chad's customer service is exceptional!
