I ordered 6 pizzas for delivery and apparently did not specify that they were to be delivered tomorrow.  Domino's Hood River staff graciously made it right for delivery the next day.  I appreciate this type of customer service.

I've called in orders to be ready an hour or more later, recently. These were two separate occasions and both orders were called in from my workplace, so I could pick them up on my way home real quick. That was a huge mistake that I Should have learned the first time. On both occasions, I arrived, only to find, not only were my orders not ready, but they hadn't even been started yet. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, while watching no less that 12 different customers walk in to pick up their orders ahead of me. I was furious, to say the least.
This place is disorganized, messy and run by children. The staff are always running into one another and nobody knows what's going on around the place. They don't keep any money in the tills, so if you need change they have to run around looking for a pouch that only one person is in charge of. This is the most responsible child, I suppose.
From that time on, I will only make my orders 15-20 minutes in advance, for pickup.

This Domino's is an awesome awesome place really really nice people and they do their job amazingly I really love this Dominos

Very disappointed with how their new manager Lauren handled us tonight. We are locals who have used this Dominos for years. Frankly I will NEVER use them again after dealing with Lauren.

We usually have used them an average of several times a month. We always tip our delivery driver really well. But tonight, getting home from camping with 4 hungry kids, they waited AN HOUR to call and say they couldn't make change for $100. They have always done this before when I've asked, as recently as last Saturday. 

Lauren was very rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER use them again!

Very disappointed was in there for 5 minutes if that and there were 2 employees in the food area eating licking there fingers then a guy not in uniform licking his fingers and handeling food all the food lines were messy and they were all standing around doing nothing besides eating and watching food in the oven the guy that got my jalapeños didn’t wash his hands just reached in (no gloves) and put them in the container.
