The food was pretty good. We each had an Eggs Benedict, a cup of fruit, and water. The fruit seemed a little on the mushy side, on its last legs. 

The service was the reason for the two stars. Out hostess sat us at a wet table, and was not overly polite. During the meal, I had to ask for my water to be refilled since it had been sitting for some time empty. My mom was still eating when the table behind us left, and as the waitress went to clean it, some water from the dirty rag she was using splashed all across my mom's food. When we told the waitress, she didn't really care and just went back to cleaning without so much as an apology.

 Probably won't be returning. Very disappointed by the service.

Whatever you want for breakfast, they have it.  And, it's very good food. 
 My wife has an egg allergy and she was able to get enjoyable, hot meals, of differing varieties.  We went 2 days in a row because we thought it was so good.

Extremely friendly.  Good service. Blueberry pancakes out of this world! Best meal we've had in awhile. When in Hood river I highly recommend this place. The only complaint we have about our meal was that  we asked to sub a pancake instead  of toast due to a food allergy and we were charged full price for pancake. We were not aware of the upcharge until bill came.

Love, love, love this cafe! Awesome food and a view of the gorge. The staff are lovely friendly people willing to give tourists tips on what to see.

Amazing service and great food Biscuits and gravy were the best I have had in a long time. Very good coffee and super friendly staff. I wish I lived closer I would be here every week. An 8 hour drive is a bit far for me on a regular basis.
