Best lunch sandwich around...if you're looking for fine flavors to bring home with you, this little European delicatessen is the place for cured meats, amazing cheeses, and olive oil. They have created a sweet outdoor beer garden area as well. I'm so happy Ovino is part of my neighborhood.

What a cool place! Nice owners. They have so many interesting things in here. The Balsamic vinegar is insane! Wow ..use it in dressing, marinade so smooth and yummy especially paired with their olive oil!! It's a taste fest. Put them together for dipping 0'Vinos fresh baked bread in. OMG.. Seriously . They have a sandwich bar and small deli too. In the summer on Friday nights , they will have a beer and brats outside cooker going too ! So yummy and fun!!

We stopped in because we saw the sign out front advertising spaetzle, a German pasta.  I spent a month in Germany traveling and never have I tasted a more light and delicious spaetzla than I purchased that day.  It is precooked.  All we had to do when we arrived home was heat it in some boiling water for a minute or too, pour some pork gravy over it and a chop on the side.  It was delectable.  The owner said it was her grandmother's recipe and I believe it.  Some of the best recipes are handed down from one generation to another.  I believe this is one of them.  You must try it!  We also purchased some butter cheese.  It was soft and velvety with wonderful flavor.  The name rings true.  If you like pepperoni sticks you have ask for the dried sausage.  I don't remember the name but it is a favorite snack food.  It's not as spicey or fatty and was a real treat with the baguette we purchased for our lunch.
