So we placed an order online tonight for carry out. One of the pizza's we ordered was specifically indicated there to be no cheese at all, due to being highly allergic. When we go to pick up our order and take it home, we notice the extravaganza pizza we ordered with no cheese had bits of cheese on top. I get it, mistakes happen, but after going back to the store to address the issue, the cashier did not apologize for the mistake on their behave. She just took our mistake pizza and told someone to remake it, giving us no timeframe when a new one would be done. After waiting around while other orders were being made before ours, we wanted to speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager (or so called manager) Jeff to address our concerns and see if there was anything he could do, because this was an inconvenience of our time by an extra 40 minutes for them messing up our order. He wanted to make up excuses saying that we ordered incorrectly and that we had to order it as a no cheese pizza and that you have to indicate no cheese on top otherwise provolone is sprinkled on top. Excuse me? I show him my order, it says no cheese. When you order online you can click the option to have no cheese on the whole pizza. He was persistent that it was our mistake. We asked Jeff the number for his boss and just gives us 1-800-DOMINOES. Okay cool, can't even give me a straight answer. We asked again if there was anything he could to do help us, he just says they are making a new one, nothing us for inconveniencing our time. After asking if we could possibly a refund of the mistake. He supposedly says he voided the order, or so we will see. We never received a receipt for the voided order. I would have not been so upset if I have gotten an apology for their mistake, not once did I get that. The utmost unprofessionalism I have experienced from someone titled as a manager, let alone the worse customer service I have experienced in my life. Someone needs to handle the staff at this location because no one that works there knows anything about delivering decent customer service or let alone how to apologize. I have been ordering at this location numerous of times and always for the same order and have never had a problem in the past until tonight which is unfortunate. I am very disappointed and will never order here again.

Walked in to get the 5.99 mix n match carry out deal. Had some issues with the app loading on my phone, so just decided to walk in. They told me that deal was only online and directed me to a kiosk. After I built the order, it wouldn't let me check out. The the employee came to help, and couldn't figure it out. So then they brought another employee over, and he didn't know either, and suggested I start over and try again. So I did that, and rebuilt the order again, and had the same problem. So that employee went and got the 'manager', (white guy named Jeff, I think) and he told me that he could only give me the same deal for $3 extra (we'd gotten three items). I told him I didn't want to pay extra because their kiosk didn't work. He refused to help in any way, and seemed completely disinterested in my business. I felt very frustrated. It's not about the $3. It's about the customer service, and he didn't have any. Very rude, and surprising. I've worked in the Restaurant industry for 20 years as a manager and district manager, and was very shocked at how he handled this situation. There are SO many ways he could have made this right, but chose not to... we ended up leaving and went somewhere else. I never complain, because I understand it's a hard business, but this was so frustrating I didn't know what else I could do☹

Pizza is comfort food. My local Domino's is fast, dependably decent pizza at a reasonable price. I used to have two or three pizza apps on my phone, now I just have one.

Hey I come to the building every day for work.I bought pizza here before a couple of times.From my experience the staff at this location is pretty great. except for the guy that drives old blue Honda Acccord. Hope he does not yell at the customers and flip them anymore .
