We order from here regularly. The usual delivery driver is great, with excellent customer service skills. However, whomever answers the phones and works at the store directly has been awful on multiple occasions that we have had to contact them for late or missing items from our order. Be prepared for a cold meal and missing items but your delivery driver will be awesome!

got 12 free pizzas from district manager, because they ruined 12 pizza orders in a row for months on end. was sworn at by management over phone, and there was a hack attempt on my debit card I only used for dominos deliveries in Fergus falls by someone trying to buy expensive watches online.

Had to wait an hour because they were so busy and backed up. Talk about 3 guys doing their best. Phone ringing off the hook, on line orders spitting out the machine. It got down to just the pizza maker manning the store, he impressed me buy taking cash from a pick up...then went and washed his hands, then went back to making pizzas. I tip my hat to these guys.

Dominos should be ashamed for allowing their drivers to park in handicap parking. I pulled into the store for carryout tonight, it was busy and the only spot in front of the store was clearly marked handicap. I was "truly" inconvenienced to have to park a few spaces over. But the car that pulled in behind me saw no problem parking in the blue, after all, he had a big blue pizza light on top of his car. When I mentioned he didn't look handicap he just chuckled. When I came out of the store there was a lady with a handicap placard looking for a place to park. Well I guess rain or snow, or zero below, the pizza man must be more important and can't walk an extra 20 feet so someone who needs the space can park. When I tried to talk to the driver again and the person in charge at the store they blew this off, and I was told to talk to the manager. Well here I am, talking to the managers - step up and apologize.

Excellent service, incredible food! Professional, prompt and patient staff. I recommend this Domino's located in Fergus Falls, MN for dining in carry out, and delivery. All those stars.
