Significant other placed order for me online. I had noticed it wasn’t what I had asked him to place. When I called to correct the mistake that I’m well aware we ourselves made ( I kept patience with employee knowing this wasn’t their doing) she had NO customer service phone etiquette. Careless and spoke with attitude, I understand it’s late and close to closing time I have worked for Papa Johns I understand the frustration.  I had stated what needed to be fixed was put on hold, she then asked again what I was wanting. Put on hold. When got back on telephone confirmed what I was wanting & said they canceled previous order and when they redid it my total was cheaper and they actually owed me $3. Great, awesome. Asked how long until it should be for it to arrive her response was “ I don’t know” like I mentioned I have worked at a pizza place the system will state carry out and delivery quote. If not you have worked your shift tonight state average delivery wait time you’ve stated ALL night. I’m just not thrilled with the way staff handles things. Hopefully food arrives correctly .

I absolutely hate this place. The only location owned by this family and they can't get it together. I had several issues with orders in the past... This last time I called in and spoke to Manager Nicole and not only did she get rude with me, talking over me, did not perform even standard customer service, she also screamed at the staff to "Shut - - Up! " while I was on the phone. She told me I could have her job. Seems like IMO that family doesn't enjoy working for family. Whatever their issue is, they wear it on their sleeves. With no regard to the public.

The pizza is good but the service could use some improvements. Lost my business last night because nobody answered the phone.

Waiting an hour for food I was quoted would take 25-30min, is hardly good service. I took a pic of the times I placed&checked on my order. Wasn't offered a reduced price& food lukewarm! I asked about the 30 min or less rule&he laughed saying they did away with it do to losing$$. Well I guess you would. Pizza Hut or store bought from NOW on.

Food is always great and i love the 5.99 special they have going on. The app is easy to use and the delivery is fast. Probably my favorite pizza place.
