I give a zero star. Did free pizza today called before opening and spoke to someone about getting cheese pizza since it was only pepperoni. And I am vegetarian. (FYI eating pizza with pepperoni picked off leave oil and makes me nauseous.)She said sure I put one aside. Go in and explain when get in about phone call. The Gm was totally rude and said well I was told we can’t do that I call my district manager. She dint call. And when she asked girl about it in the back girl hesitated and said no. She knew she was lying to. And said you can’t say that and you got go back on your word. This place has no customer service skills and is rude and has lack of communication between employees. They say they can’t break the rules fine but you standing here giving kids vouchers who with they parents and letting them get pizzas but it clearly states one pizza per house hold. So you only follow the rules you want to. To add on top of it they acted like they dint wanna make me a cheese pizza that my boyfriend paid for! And acted like she dint know how ring up an order that was paid for. This whole experience was crazy.

Went for the march madness free lunch with my girlfriend, she called earlier before the event and explained to them that she was vegitarian and if she was able to get a cheese pizza and the worker Michelle said that was fine. We got there and asked one of the workers (who claimed to be the GM and seemed to be boasting about her position to everyone) if it was still alright to get the cheese and she said no and that there was no exceptions even after being told it was ok. She said she would call the district manager and ask but I watched her the whole time and she never did, came back to us and lied and said she called and he said no. So I had to buy her the same pizza that they were giving out for free just not with the pepperoni and even then it seemed like it was a hassle. Very unorganized and very unprofessional, and very unacceptable.

Worst location in Cincinnati  !!!! I called the store 4x no one answerd. I pull up to the drive threw and Order 1 cheese stuffed crust pizza and got a pepperoni pizza 20 minutes !!!!This did not happen once but TWICE! I let the man working the cash know that this is ridiculous because this is the second time they do this, he responds with “ I know”, no apology no nothing!!! So unprofessional! I’m still sitting here waiting for my cheese pizza. Never again will I come here. If I could zero star this location I would !!!!!!!

Horrible Place. Every time I go there it's a long wait! I get asked to pull around and they'll bring the pizza out. Customers come and go with their pizza and Im still waiting. Horrible service. Will never go back!

I ordered 20 pizzas for my work,  had a $100 bill, they don't take them.  Had to find change,  I was wanted to place another order for this evening for another 20 pizzas,  he couldn't promise me that they'll be ready so I told him that I'll call before coming. The only good thing was the gentleman helping me to the car.  I had a bed experience a couple of years ago,  tried to give them a second chance but after today, I'll never come back.
