Ordered online. Pizza came on time but they forgot the sauce and we got the wrong pizza. I called and was promptly hung up on. When I called back, I was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes. So I went to go to the store and the delivery guy pulled up with the forgotten sauce. Gave him the incorrect pizza and was told he'd be back with the correct one. That was almost an hour ago.

Edit: so I did not have a great experience but they did at least credit me some money as well as remake my entire order (not just the screwed up pizza) so at least they tried to make it right eventually.

ordered my pizza over an hour ago- still waiting.  I have always tipped well and have never been disappointed until tonight. Don't think I will be giving this establishment my business in the future.

Months ago we had DANA as our delivery person. My husband tipped her $4, but out of the $4, a $1 bill was ripped so basically she had only $3 tip from us. She had the nerve to call if we had the other half ripped dollar bill to give it to her. It was an honest mistake that we didn’t know we did that to her. And besides we had no extra cash on us so we couldn’t give her anything to replace that ripped dollar bill. She wanted to come back for it. After that, this is the THIRD late delivery  from DANA. Stupidest person ever, I gave instructions to RING ON DOOR BELL and her dumb ass called with a voicemail that she’s not sure if she should ring on the door bell cause it’s late but she can see the house lights on. We live 0.9 miles away. We are done with DANA and this dominos pizza! Bye DANA!  AND we ordered at 11:35pm  and pizza got here at 1:14am. Could’ve not even pay for the damn pizza, but we are better then that and owned up to our order online.

I ordered a pizza online and it said the driver left at 9:11 pm and it’s been almost a hour and no pizza. We have called the place multiple times and they have not answered. All I get a beeping sound. There are many bad reviews about the dominos on white bear ave. I don’t know how they are in business. Never order from this place again. Let them go out of business. It’s on the east side of St. Paul and definitely the people that work there do not care about there job. Let them be jobless. I hope corporate can see this and make sure they get shut down.

I go to this Dominos weekly. Half the time They get my pizza wrong and tonight I go in there pick up my pizza and it is wrong again I asked them to remake it and I wait 30 additional minutes for them to make my pizza again.  The only time my pizza gets made correctly is when a certain young lady that works there gets my order other than that it is always wrong.
