Just found out they close on Mondays. No call, no note online or warning. After waiting almost 1.5 hrs for order, we decided to call and inquire. Person answered stated that they're closed. The Google hours need to change to reflect that. Not so sure if the refund process is going to be smooth.

I could have made a pizza from scratch and walked it to the store in the amount of time it took to get one medium pizza delivery. Legit disappointed.

my 1st time here and 1st time trying to eat pizza hut again in 10 years. BIG MISTAKE, i order online on my iphone. 10 minutes later they call me back and said they don't have original pan and were all out. and told me they can do the hand toss and throw in a 2 liter for free. so i say go ahead cause i was already on my way there. got there and they can't find my ORDER!!! some amateur guy looks like he's high on weed said they can remake and MAYBE. MAYBE only to take 20% off. after seeing how many people been waiting in there i say no thanks. i known better those people must be in same situation as me damn. terrible pizza hut!!! don't waste your time and money!

We rarely order Pizza Hut anymore even though it's our favorite BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SLOW! Every time! It's always a minimum 1 hour wait. We also only live 2 miles away btw. Tonight I just placed an order online and as I finished filling it out it said 1 hour wait. After I paid and confirmed the order 5 seconds later it changed to 2 hours. So now our food won't get here for 2 bloody hours. RIDICULOUS! I understand when places get busy but if it's that bad you need to hire more employees or find out why the current ones are working so slow. NOT HAPPY with this place ever. So over it.
