Terribly slow and wasn't even that busy. The subway near by is a lot faster.

I stopped going to this Jimmy Johns when they got a new crew of employees because they were not as nice and friendly as the old crew.  I decided to go today and I will not go back.  The employee was on her cell phone when I walked up to the counter and remained on her cell phone the entire time (taking my order, making my sandwich, and handing me my sandwich).  I had to ask for the receipt.  I got back to work and she made me the wrong sandwich.  I asked for the #8 and she made the #10.  

I will NOT be back to this Jimmy Johns.
