We placed a large order at this Dominos tonight. When we arrived, the entire staff was so pleasant and they all helped us to take the food to the car. They double-checked the order to ensure we had exactly what we ordered. The pizza was hot and fresh and plentiful in toppings. We walked out forgetting plates and napkins. One of the employees rushed out and brought them as we were loading the car. Delicious pizza and exceptional customer service. They made our whole night so easy and a lot of fun!

Their online system doesn't recognize that they deliver to my house,  so I have to call in every time, and lose out on online deals. To rectify this, I place order pickup and call to change it. 

Last time, the guy argued with me and told me that if the online system won't accept it, that's just how it is until I forced him to manually punch it in and see if it would accept it. "Oh, that's weird." Yeah, because I'm an idiot making up stories. 

This time, I found a blonde hair baked into my cheesy bread, called and asked for a replacement - that was 50 minutes ago. Was given some spiel about everyone was wearing their hats. Whatever, being me my food.  

Just called and asked and was told by a Landon that it was just sent out, the driver had been sent on another run and that "sorry but it's been sitting on the rack for awhile." Basically tried to blame the driver. But, as a former pizza parlor manager, if an item is sitting for awhile, you don't send it out cold and blame your driver, you remake it.

Just what I love. Argumentative employees that get hair in my food, and take no personal responsibility, followed up by a nice, cold replacement... Which still hasn't arrived. 

Edit: It's now been one hour since I called about the hair. I'll keep updating until it shows up. 

Edit 2: Showed up after one hour and 5 minutes. Ridiculous.

Edit 3: I was later contacted by the store manager and offered an apology and 25 dollar credit.
