Staff was great for our carry out order, we just really didn’t care for the taste, texture and flavors of our pizzas. We got good service, and the food seemed to be cooked correctly, just not my family’s favorite brand I guess.
Got our pizza and it wasnt even cooked all the way through. We called and they voided our transaction but didnt even offer to make this right. They threatened to stop doing business with us. This is very disappointing and I just wanted a good dinner tn for ohr family instead left with this mess. The pizza is soggy and wet. Not even edible. Avoid this place like the plague. If you get Emma as your manager do not order wait until you get a different manager. Food is always bad with her but good with others.
Just ordered a XL Cheese Steak pizza, and well alot of bubbles in the crust and a bare burnt spot in the middle. I paid $20.49 for this pizza. Not even cut through in the center. I don't know!!!!
Dominos is terrible they called me told me that they were busy because they fired some people. In my opinion they must’ve fired the wrong people because the pizza and brownies I got were terrible .
We order from this location often. Last few months every time we order for carry out and we go to pick up our order it’s impossible to get an employee to come to the door to unlock and hand us over our order. I sat outside waved knocked tried to get someone’s attention for over 20 min. My order was ready, they all looked at me and completely ignored me. Finally one person came and was incredibly rude. I have never been so mad over service before Domino’s in Beckley you are a complete disappointment when it comes to customer service!
Hands down the BEST delivery service I have had in Raleigh County out of pizza deliveries. Food is always warm and consistently delicious. Customer service is great!
Just recently moved here from NH,the food is great. Delivery is super fast. Food is also Always piping hot. Great job guy's My husband and I are now addicted to the lava cakes Last few driver's have been so polite as well, something else we aren't use too.
Delivery is quick & reliable at Neil Jean Square Beckley WV location. We’ve had a couple minor issues that were due to the app failure & the crew quickly came through for us. Pizza always tastes great & is as ordered, or they correct it. Love how the app keeps us up to date with the delivery process so we know when to expect the order. Can’t say much for the sandwiches though. Stick to pizza, sorry.
Not from the area so I settled for pizza. Ordered online. It made due for dinner. A bit costly for a pizza that is mediocre. Being on the road a lot I guess I should have asked the locals for a ma and pop place. So sorry.
These little things y’all getting greedier and greedier or lazy which on it is . I’m disappointed
