Lady taking the orders at the window is very rude. Kept asking me to wait then repeat my order. Got the sides all wrong. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the right sides before I got the food. Checked the food before I left and one side was missing.  Went in to get it fixed and the window lady looked at me and rolled here eyes again . When someone finally brought me the missing side she stopped them. Then came over and tried to argue with me thinking I said they were the wrong sides. She realized there was a missing side then finally gave me the missing  side.  Receipt says her name is Alice. 12:01 on Monday. Ticket#1329..... should not be working with customers with that attitude.

No complaints on the food but drive through tries to rush you even when the place is a ghost town.  I wasn't even greeted. Just handed my food after I paid and the window was shut.Food: 3/5

I had to write a review today because the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru at this location my order has been wrong! It’s very irritating to get home and you didn’t get what you ordered!

Friendly and fast. The food was fresh. Can't rate the atmosphere as I went thru the drive thru.Food: 5/5

Went with a good friend...didn't feel like cooking ..and we met good old joe..he was the cashier for the day. He had great customer service ...made us feel like we really knew him..and he knew us...We chatted awhile then ordered...so all been said it was a great day lol..

You Google the closest store to you. And the store pops up right down the street. You there thinking they honor the pricing to this address. You show them on your phone. Thur this date. And they shot you down OH NO, WHERE NOT DOING THAT. Lol we order something else  Your hot wing dry from sitting under heat lamp Order your I think your 10 piece hot wing out in 5 minutes not good then I order a 2 piece thigh and wing one side and a biscuit to that home cause the 10 piece was awful dry.

Why would you ask me what kind of sauces I asked for but then give me no sauce anyway AND forget my fries.  Good thing when I call your store the number doesn't ring through.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had some KFC… Not much has changed… Chicken breast still isn’t fresh, dried up and kept warm via heat lamp..

Service was noticeably slow. 20 minutes waiting in the togo line for an 8 piece. Customer in front of me didn't get her drinks and stopped without exiting drive-through.  When I lightly honked, the lady at the window was saying they didn't get their drinks, like it mattered. Then when I tried to hand her my payment, she closed the window. So I waited patiently. When she came back she said "sir" with attitude so I handed her my payment again and said "ma'am?" So she decided staring at me was appropriate. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Everything else was good including cole slaw and fries.
