I just moved into an apartment and was excited that I was once again in the Domino's delivery area after 6 years not living near a Domino's. My very first day in my apartment I decided that I would like to order some pizza from the nearest store to me. On their website they have a coupon for 2 large pizzas, 1 stuffed cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of soda for $24.99. I used this coupon and my sub total before taxes and delivery charge was $23.47. Total ended up being $28.91. 

When the food arrived the website had only ordered a single pizza for me despite my having used the coupon and verified that the order showed 2 pizzas. After showing my email confirmation of my order and the coupon to the very nice delivery gentleman he called the store and the manager that answered wanted to charge me an additional $2.75 for the pizza their ordering system screwed up! The delivery driver offered to pay the difference for the screw up out of his wages which is ILLEGAL in the state of Tennessee btw - and I daresay elsewhere under federal employment law - for the store to take money from an employee's wages/tips for the store's screw up. 

The store only offered to make the situation right after I instructed them to keep the food and refund me my money so I could take my business elsewhere and the only reason they were likely willing to make it right was because they'd have to throw away food that they were not compensated for. 

I'm willing to give this store a second chance but not in the near future.

They were exceptional!  All of the employees from placing our order to the very pleasant delivery driver. We specially ordered our pizza and it more than exceeded our spectations. We couldn't believe it, especially after dealing with some of the other places. The pizza was still steaming when it arrived. My husband and I said that was the pizza we've probably ever had.They followed our instructions to the tee and it was still very reasonably priced!!! Thank you...😊😊😊😊

Very exceptional service. Tarrin  (the driver) was very polite and I have never had one that was up for chatting at closing time (but he was willing to spare 5 minutes for a few out of towners, just 80 miles but still). Thomas done an amazing job on the food!!!! We couldn't find the coupon that popped up online for the 50% off of an online order when checkout time came so we called and a female employee answered and assured us that we would be taken care of if it didn't go through. Great service, great food. Exceptional employees!!! Keep up the great work!

The best Dominos around. Great crew. Great drivers. Great managers and great food! Especially Justin, Rachid, Ben, and Chubbs.
