Very slow. And the staff was rude. I get it. It is fast food. But do you have to jam out to music while I have been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. No thanks. Rude.

This is the worst Wendy's in Chattanooga. It is consistently terrible. The fries are always soggy, they're frequently out of important stuff (like bags, cups, and/or Dr Pepper) and 99% of the time they'll mess up your order somehow.

They forgot to give us 1 burger we ordered. Had to go back in to get it and weren't to friendly. Store was not that clean and food was handled with bare hands.

Burgers were tasty though!
