We love our Einstein's in Phoenix so we were happy to find one near our hotel. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait. We were the only people in line and three staff members were mulling around behind the counter but no one stepped up to take our order. I guess someone finally took pity on us and took our order. The order taker was abrupt but polite and the person who brought out our meal was friendly. Restaurant was clean and the coffee was hot! All our breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Einsteins is by far our favorite quick breakfast. My wife goes to this location every week on her way to work and has never been disappointed. And shout out to Chuck the manager for being so kind and helpful every time we are here.

Went in before closing on Friday to place an order for Cinnamon bagels. Salesman said their clising soon and refused to make any as they had before. Have had problems with this clerk before. He demanded we leave as they were getting ready to close, 15 minutes before posted time. They lost my business for good. Not worth the time or effort with this attitude.

Friendly, fast, and personalized service. the best to-go breakfast food on this side of chat. If I'm too busy to meal prep I'll swing through in the morning and can get a whole days worth of healthy food to go. They have greek yogurt, fresh fruits, turkey, avocado, salmon, etc and strong coffee available.

Bagels are good. Cream cheese (smear) is good too. Service is pretty quick.
