I ordered on line and went to the store to pick up our order.   When I entered the store a young man was also waiting.  He placed his credit card on the counter and then walked around the counter and into the area where food is prepared.  

At this time a young lady came out from the back and asked if she could help me.  Before I could get my response completely out she poked her finger into my face, said  "hold it!  And then picked up the guy's credit card and followed him into the prep area.  

I felt her behavior was extremely rude and I reflected my displeasure in the tip.  $0.00. 

Pizza was great, but we will think twice about going back.  Lots of pizza options in West Bend.

Ordered online. Pizza tracker stated Chris was making the pizza and Noelle would be delivering it. Ordered a half and half pizza which was made correctly and tasted great. Cheese stuffed breadsticks were also very good. Delivery was timely and Noelle was pleasant.

My place of work ordered pizzas on Tuesday we all ended up getting food poisoning the following day. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this domino’s will not be coming back. 0/5 stars.

We are super happy with our order.  When it came the delivery woman told us we got an extra pizza because they had screwed up on one.  I was a little nervous to open the boxes, but I was thrilled to see the only thing that was wrong with the pizza was it was missing onions.  The extra pizza was exactly how we ordered it and delicious!  Good job Dominos!

It's poor customer service when you forget a customers order! 
I called in after another half hour passed when I was informed my pizza would be delivered 45min after ordering. If I didn't call, I would have never gotten my order and they'd get free money. 

The person I had spoken to in regards of my missing pizza had informed I'd be waiting an additional 20mins on top of the already 55min wait prior. The delivery driver insisted that I would only be charged for one of my two pizzas due to the inconvenience. My charge card shows otherwise!

Attempted there service an additional time. 

I ordered for pick up and was informed my pizza would be ready in 15min. It took me approximately 15min to arrive on site directly after the call and my pizza was already sitting under the heat lamps. Shouldn't pizza take more time to bake thoroughly? 

When I had gotten home to devour my meal, I came to find that my pizza was under cooked with the dough still semi raw. It wasn't much of a pleasant experience nor made up for the previous inconvenience.
