The Taco Bell in West Bend Wi. is quite possibly the worst one in America. I have avoided this one for over a year, and decided to give it another try. Once again I was utterly disappointed. Ordered 6 soft shell tacos with no lettuce. Not only was it $4 more than their website lists, but if you took all the meat and cheese from all 6 of the tacos, it might actually make 1 taco. I have been to many other Taco Bells where their normal has much more in it than the one in West Bend had when ordering extra meat and cheese. You would have to pay me to go back.

I had to repeat my order 3 times due to the lack of listening. When receiving the order it was incorrect. The situation was addressed properly, however upon receiving it it was still incorrect. Just threw my hands up at that point, what do you expect. Also they are supposed to be providing visually full portions as it is part of their CORE audits; this is how I recieve my food 80% of the time. So I'm glad I paid for shell and beef, ecstatic! -_-

Normally like it here but today they were in no hurry to serve us and it was slow, food was still good though.

They have messed up our order more than once. And while I was sitting there forever waiting for my order to be corrected one time, scrolling through facebook, some employee comes over and very rudely demands to see my phone to make sure I'm not recording. Like why would I want to record your fat butt. I have never recorded before, but if I were to ever have to come back here, you can be sure that I will now be on the look out.
