Came at 5 pm expecting a line and a wait because of the dinner rush. Surprised the place was empty. Staff was very courteous and let me sample a few things I hadn't tried yet. They were delicious, but I went with my favorite, the orange chicken. The tables were all clean, and the place was spotless. I live about twenty minutes away, but it's so worth the drive. I read the other reviews and my experiences here do not match. I'm willing to wait a few minutes for hot, fresh food, but as I said this time I didn't have to. Panda Express was prepared, and I really enjoyed my visit.

Every time I come here( Drive Through) it's a 10 minute wait For Orange Chicken.
Please it's your best selling item
Make more! Be ready!
At least offer me a free soda for waiting.

I was really looking forward to Chinese for lunch but was very let down by poor service. We arrived just before 11, the doors were locked but the hours said they opened 11 so we waited on the patio. There was another customer waiting in his car in the parking lot. Five minutes go by, then another five. The customer in the parking lot went across the street to McDonalds. Two other cars pulled up, one went to the drive through but pulled back around and parked in the lot. The drive through wasn't open yet. We told the other customers that were walking up that the doors were still locked. One of them called inside, she said that they would open "shortly". A family of 5 began to return to their car when the doors were finally opened. It was 11:13. There were only a few entrees prepared, five at the most. There were 8-10 minute waits for other entrees. The workers seemed flustered and frustrated, taking it out on us, the customers.
The food was great as always but it would have been nice to order what I had actually wanted without having to wait until nearly a half hour after opening time. Service was poor and the staff response did not make it any better.

Good food but the service is very poor. Sometimes it takes a long time to get service even when you're the only one there. My kids like it so, unfortunately, we'll be back. On our most recent trip we sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes with two hungry toddlers.  The parking lot was nearly empty so it's hard to fathom. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

As I am STILL waiting in the drive thru after 30 minutes of ALREADY waiting for the ONE thing I ordered I have to give a review. I never give reviews but this place is absolutely worth one. What else should I do with my time in my car that’s been sitting in this line forever. And you would think that if you have any intelligence at all you would have at least the smallest thought of telling a person to pull up in the parking lot till they get their food. And finally, the time has come that I FINALLY get to pull up to the window and all I get it “(my total)” and gave me the only the one thing I ordered. No “I’m sorry for the wait” or ANYTHING. I’ll have to hold back my cravings for cheaply made; overpriced chinease food from now on because I’m not going back.
