It is unbelievable when you are placed on hold for 8 minutes and when you call back “Donnie” employee said I’m busy doing other things and put you back on hold for an additional 9 minutes. This time “Jo” the manager gets on the line and you express your concerns and she states “ I was on the phone with my boss and also making sure other customers orders are completed and delivered.”  What am I chopped liver? My money isn’t green enough? As I stated unbelievable. When asked for a number to make a formal complaint I was told there was no number. Generally I don’t have this type of issues; however, Jo and Donnie has just cost this location a very loyal customer.......

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. 

We ordered at 3:40, pizza out of oven and quality checked at 4:03, called the store at 4:45 were told that the pizzas would be remade and that they had been waiting on a driver; watched the 'tracker' change to out to delivery less than a minute later. 

It took an hour and 25 minutes to get delivered an absolutely ice cold order with a quoted delivery time of 29-39 minutes. 

Save your money, get a frozen pizza from the grocery.

I will have to say that even though my order was wrong 2 times the food was good when I got the right order and the service was pretty good as well. They were very apologetic about getting my order wrong.

My food is always warm on arrival, delivery people are very kind, and they recognize me and my orders. Thus far, I've not had a bad experience from this store!!!
