Is there a negative star?!?  Absolutely the worst experience ordering a pizza.  Ordered at 8:19, got pizza at 9:50.  Pizza was cold!!!   I guess those commercials with the heated bags was a complete sham.   I would have been happier with a frozen pizza.

Update:  corporate contacted me 2 days later and was extremely apologetic.   I accept your apology and will give you another shot.  I’ll do carry out next time.

I was delivered the wrong pizza and after being told the driver had just walked in and would get the correct pizza right to me, it took 45 minutes for him to get it to me and it was made poorly. Barely any sauce and I asked for it to be cooked we'll done and it was very undercooked. Terrible experience tonight and to be honest terrible experiences with pizza hut for a while now!

Really bad service last couple of times I ordered from this place they have messed up my order and today was the last straw. I ordered my food at 8:55pm.and by 10:18 p.m. I still had not received my food and when I called the center they told me that the driver had came to the house and knocked on the door, which all of us in this house were sitting in the living room and he said that he called our phones which we never got a call or a message. then when we called the manager he made it seem as if we were in the wrong. I never plan to order from this place ever again I will drive all the way to Goose Creek before I order from this Center again someone needs to step in and manage this Center better because in the last year It really has gone downhill.

If I could zero star this I would. They were an hour late with my food, the driver was rude as can be pretty much just shoved my food at me and was like here, the food had no taste to it and was disgusting, and when I FINALLY got my food the pasta was all over the other pizza boxes and half gone. The law firm I work with tends to always get pizza very often and now will not. Horrible experience and will never recommend anyone to go here. I attached pictures of this mess as well.

I placed my order at 6:18 pm, upon receiving my confirmation email it said a delivery time of 8:15. I assumed I must’ve not hit deliver ASAP, so I called just to verify, was put on hold for 12 minutes (I stayed with the phone on speaker while I was on hold just to see if someone answered) no one did. Called back maybe 10 minutes later, got put on hold again, waited 8.5 minutes and no one picked up. Whatever I figured they were busy maybe from football parties or something so I just waited. 8:30 rolls around and we get a phone call from them asking if we wanted breadsticks since they were out of cheese sticks, we said yeah, they said ok and they would be finished shortly. Got a call around 9:00 asking if I still wanted the food since t was so late (tf). We said yes because we hadn’t went and got something else. I went to bed at 10:45 and the pizza never came. Called the next day and asked to talk to a manager, he said he was “the manager” so I started to explain the situation and he put me on hold to speak to the actual manager, I assume. Upon speaking with him, he pretty much sat there silent on the phone and said “I understand” 2 or 3 times. Never really apologized or explained why I never got my order or never got a call saying why I didn’t get my order. This place is ridiculous. Not to mention on this order I was using a Free Pizza email that they sent me because my previous order took 2 hours. Drive to the Goose Creek Pizza Hut.
