I was reading the reviews thinking It's "Pizza Hut" no way it could be that bad. Wrong. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, cold pizza, and under cooked wings. Terrible service.

Very rude customer service. I ordered through the Pizza Hut App, for delivery.. once ordered received a call stating they had no driver and asked if I could pick up, I said I couldn't. (I am in from out of town in a hotel). He said something (he was short and rude), and I said I guess cancel my order then... He just hung up, no confirmation of cancelling, no apology, nothing stating my card would be credited back, nothing, just hung up on.. IF DELIVERY IS NOT AN OPTION AT THIS SITE TAKE IT OFF THE APP AS AN OPTION... Then get people who are not so rude...

This is the worst pizza hut i have ordered from. Manager Damone was very unprofessional and did not attempt to resolve my issue in any way. I placed an order online for delivery and because this particular site has staffing issues they were unable to satisfy that order. I was charged for that order. My card not only charged me for the price of my order but a fee for ordering. If you did not have delivery people then that should not have been an option online. I was informed that it would take 3-5 days for the funds to go back on my card but that i could come in and repay for my order. I will still be charged for the use of my card even with them putting the money back. I would have to repay for the order that was YOUR mistake for the next few days. If it were my mistake then okay ill take that loss but it wasnt. That should not be my responsibility and yes someone in my family offered to go pick the order up. Damone again was not open to resolving my issue and appeared to lack the ability to understand what position his lack of managing had placed me in. If he and anyone that does scheduling had covered for delivery personnel this would not have been an issue. Damone is not a good example of management working to resolve customer issues in customer service.

Disregard the fatties' comments who are too lazy to drive less than 10 minutes for a pizza. This particular Pizza Hut experience was the BEST, not even exaggerating, THE BEST! The service was above and beyond! For the haters, you'll be disappointed to hear, I sent an email to corporate applauding their professionalism. Honestly, it was the best experience. This team knows customer service, and delivers that along with the pizza! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Unprofessional. Service was awful, we placed our order via the app. Initially started off well because they had the courtesy to call and let us know they were out of part of our order. Over 90min later we call looking for our order, the app says the pizza left 30min ago (we're staying at a hotel .9mi down the road), the employee on the phone seems completely confused by the order info we're providing but eventually tells us it left 10min ago. Delivery guy calls and gets mad because he wants us to give him directions... explain it's a hotel and we provided the address, we're not from the area. We hang up because the delivery guy is rudely complaining about the address. Again, .9mi from the store... this shouldn't have been an issue. Pizza never arrived.
