I recently saw a video posted on a social media sight by one of their crew members of the worker going through someone’s packed items in their bedroom and playing with a sex toy they found. This was probably the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. Also, what an overwhelming invasion of that persons privacy. 

I highly recommend against having this company anywhere near your home.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 
Got estimate for 3 people. Only 2 showed up to start at 9am. When I inquired if the 2 would be able to move all my furniture: I have alot of heavy pieces, they replied yes. After damaging my dresser on the banister, I called to ask where 3rd guy was. They sent out a 3rd person and it took 1.5hrs for him to get there. Finally they got trucked packed at 515pm. When they got to my destination there were only 2 again. I called and talked to night supervisor Kevin who said, well let me see if we can start fresh tomorrow. I said we had no beds. He said well they will set them up, then leave. The 2 of them tossed 2 mattresses in plastic on my living room floor and left, still in plastic, no linens, no pillows, nothing. The 3 people that came out next day were great, however the company attempted to charge us another almost 900 for the next day, which was made necessary by the incompetence of the first movers. I had to miss work on 8/1, then on 8/2 discovered almost none of our clothes made it to new house. I had to miss work 8/2 also and hunt down our clothes. They also left the brackets to my bedroom mirror at old place. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible. Their main concern is money and not customer satisfaction. I am missing a part of one of my weight benches, and called on 8/2, and still waiting for a call back. Don't use them, you'll be sorry. It took almost 16hrs to do a job that should have been done in 1 day. I should add I packed all my own things.

I had a really excellent experience with Don Farr for our recent move.  The office staff were all very friendly with getting us scheduled and were helpful with all of our questions.  The day of the move, the team arrived on time and dealt with some of the challenges at our apartment (most notably having to use a freight elevator and a steep, narrow driveway for loading) very professionally.  Because of the challenges, loading took longer than they had anticipated, and so Don Farr dispatched a second team to help unload at our new place.  Everything arrived intact, and the team did a great job reassembling the furniture they had to take apart for packing and putting all of our belongings in the appropriate rooms.  We thought they were very well organized and fit everything into the truck (and we had a lot of stuff!) masterfully.  We would definitely use Don Farr again!

These guys are outstanding totally awesome.  So efficient, very pleasant, professional and so personable.    Very good mad our move so easy.  Love  these guys Mike,Bobby,and Darren made us feel so comfortable, and at ease with our move.   Very trustworthy most importantly.

The guys worked fast and efficiently.  They were very personable and I would recommend them.  We plan on using them again when we move into our new house.
