The staff here are great, excellent customer service. Place is well kept up as well. clean etc. I needed a storage space and called for details. Went to the location and Ted took his time and showed me like 4 units that would fit my needs. I selected one signed the paperwork. The next day I changed my mind on the unit, called Ted and asked if I could swap the unit out with one of the other ones I looked at. He was very helpful and went thru the paperwork needed to switch the unit. Again excellent customer service and a lot of patience for picky customers like myself. Security is awesome as well. I feel like my stuff is well protected and safe from theft. would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We were able to reserve a storage space quickly and on short notice.  The manager was helpful and the facility was clean and secure.

Be careful. I chose this storage location because I needed an inexpensive site to store things after my father's passing. One of the reasons was the free truck they offer for moving in. However, this was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and after signing the contract I was told I had to pay for the truck and had only 25 miles to use on it. WOULD NOT USE THESE GUYS!

This was an off the wall idea and it was perfect! $30 cheaper using thier box truck than renting one from U-Haul. Storage Unit is $25 less expensive than U-Haul and larger. 7.5 x 10 with a 12' high ceiling vs U-Haul 8x8 with a 6' high ceiling.  Solid metal walls between units not just cheap plywood like U-Haul. Strong metal roll up doors not wooden ones on rusty hinges. You can use your own lock not a specific U-Haul lock. The over all everything is better. But best of all was the customer service. Trish would call me to check in on me knowing I was very stressed out, helping me keep on schedule. The choice of hot coffee, tea, or apple cider always in the office was one of those really appreciated Godsends, everything was always ready and well organized. A clean bright office area with couches so if you actually do have to wait you're comfortable while you are waiting not just standing there for an hour. I have been a die hard U-Haul user for years because that was the go to name in self moving and storage. I am really glad I stopped in to check this place out. Best experience I have ever had moving and storing.

Very friendly staff
 Jeff keeps this facility spotless always clean well manicured he's very good at what he does they changed my units lock and handles Jeff swept out my bin for me I didn't ask him he takes pride in his job and Guardian storage great job👍👍👍👍👍
