I only had a key made so I can't give them a full 5, but it was a mailbox key and I had tried to get a copy made at Lowe's and home depot but the copy from Lowe's didn't work and the home depot copy wasn't a sure thing. Home depot was nice enough to tell me about Don's and the key worked the first try. So if you have a national lock key, go to Don's first!

Fast, friendly, excellent service!
 They came to me to remove a broken key in ignition. Not only did they remove the key, they made 3 new keys to replace the one, worn, broken key I had. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I called Don's lock and got an appointment scheduled for 3 business days later. The technician, Shawn, was friendly and knowledgable and completed the work efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Thank you, Shawn and everyone at Don's Lock!

We missed an appointment. Our keys and car had recently been stolen and that made life unusually complicated during this time. Yes, it was our mistake, we called back to make another appt and they refused to help. That's their right and choice as a business but I can tell you they were very unfriendly about it. Customer service fail.
