I had Jessie come out and re-key the locks in my house. He was there when he said he would be, was very personable and i was able to let him do his work and not have to worry. I refer everyone that I can to them. They do exceptional work! When Jessie was re-keying our locks, he even took the time to switch the key that he was going to key it to because the first key had a very pointed end portion. He knew that it would poke when we put the keys in our pockets! Its the little details that shows a real professional.

Great group of professionals. As a retired law enforcement officer, I wanted to be confident that my business alarm system, internal camera system, bolt/handle locks on the doors were of high quality and provide maximum security. The work Pacific Lock and Key performed exceeded my expectations as they also placed metal protection around the locks as part of the job. In addition, I have called upon them to make keys for old telephones and Police/Fire call boxes. Bought a home in area with a digital lock and a missing key. Made a call and had a key made within an hour. Great service and was given some training on the lock and how to take care of the lock system with a home on the coast. Good old fashion customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Incredibly good customer service! Work done quickly and efficiently. We had a door lock and handle that was "fixed" repeatedly by others. Pacific Coast Lock fixed it! Very happy with their work!
