I managed to lose our only truck you somewhere in the house,  gave Tom's a call to check on cost and it was very reasonable. After one last search through the house, we gave them a call back and Kevin was here in Reedsport about an hour later, and 10 or so minutes after we had two new truck keys and we're very satisfied

I've been using these guys for several years with my rentals.  I've called then at all hours of the night and day and they always take care of the issue with a quick response at a fair price. I would recommend them in a second.

These guys have a ton of keys.. If they don't have the key you need. No one will! Great and friendly service! Thanks for being there when I was in need!!!

Horrible customer service. We purchased keys for our vehicle online and asked if they could program them. They said the keys wouldn't work and we shouldn't have bought keys from an online sight because they rarely work and we wasted our money. 
So, we decided to take our money to someone else to program them and they work perfect! 
Sad I had to take my business away from a local source but thats what happens.

Steve charged us $60 for a service call plus $47 for labor.  It was a 5 minute job and we assumed it was going to be handled without a bill given the fact the work they did previously fell apart.  I was told it was a month out of warranty.  I called and voiced my opinion and it was on deaf ears.  Customer service is not their strong suit.  The cost of losing my business will far exceed the $107 bill.  Your competitors thank you.
