I would highly recommend Gina Rosato Law Firm. I contacted them and they returned my call on a weekend. Gina took her time to go over my situation and explain what my options would be. Tom worked hard on my case. He always answered my calls promptly. He was patient answering all of my questions , took his time to explain everything to me and kept me up to date with every step.The outcome to my case was way better than I thought it could be. Although no one wants to be faced with the decision to declare bankruptcy, I can say that overall it was the most sensible choice given my situation. I had first called Gina Rosato Law Firm in October 2016 based on the extremely positive online reviews from her previous clients. After a few rings, I was speaking to Gina herself and explaining my financial situation. She determined that my circumstances made me a good candidate for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, so we scheduled my initial appointment. Not knowing what to really expect, I went into my first appointment nervous with uncertainty, but after meeting with Tom and Gina about the bankruptcy process, I left with a huge sense of relief and optimism that I would soon be able to see my finances set straight.

I have a supportive family and shared with them my decision to file Chapter 7. It's understandable that no one wants to see a loved one resort to bankruptcy if there are any available alternatives. I took my family's advice and decided to let Gina & Tom know that I changed my mind about filing and I would instead do everything possible to pay my debt off the old-fashioned way. For months, I did all that I could to get my credit cards/collection accounts under control, but all that effort led to very little payoff. My credit card companies were not willing to offer lower interest rates to help reduce my overall debt, so my minimum payments were barely touching the principal balances. Meanwhile, collections accounts and a wage garnishment remained and added to the defeat. The option of bankruptcy seemed to become the best option again. 

In April 2017, I contacted the law firm and explained that I actually would like to file as originally planned. Gina & Tom were very gracious welcoming me back as a client and got the process right back on track. I was in good hands every step of the way and any questions were always answered in a timely manner. I really appreciate how easy they made it. I received the official paperwork in the third week of August that my bankruptcy was successfully discharged and I felt compelled to contribute a review detailing my positive experience for anyone who is thinking that bankruptcy may also be their best option.

Gina Rosato and her staff (Tom) was very professional and understanding of my situation. After my first consultation I knew that I did not need to look further to find a lawyer to expedite my Bankruptcy proceedings. Everything was handled in a timely manner and I was kept updated routinely until the very last day for court. Gina, Tom I thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I can now sleep at night and I would highly recommend you to anyone that find themselves in a situation where they are in need of a lawyer. Thank you for your GREAT service.

Gina & Tom are very efficient, quick and extremely helpful. Going into this situation I had not the slightest idea of how bankruptcy worked or what it even meant! I'm in my early 20s so this was absolutely scary for me! However they made the process so smooth and calming. Advised exactly what needed to be done and when, was always transparent and answered all of my crazy questions. I filed chapter 7 in April and was discharged by mid July. Quicker than I anticipated but if I had to do it again and hopefully I don't ! With absolutely no doubt I would choose Gina and Tom to represent me any day!

I highly recommend the Gina Rosato Law firm for assistance with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. She is very professional as well as her assistant Tom. They are both extremely kind, understanding and very informative of the bankruptcy process. They guide you through every step of the process from the beginning to the end, which by the way, only took 3 months to discharge my case. I will be forever grateful for their assistance and speedy work on my behalf. Thanks Again, Gina and Tom!
