Sat in the dinning with my best friend for lunch, the wait was longer than I've ever had to wait at a Donatos but the person who served us was friendly. There was a Nat that crawled out of my salad! The workers were playing around and being so loud that we couldn't hear our own conversation. This place was a mess. Not clean. And not a fun experience. Donatos in general charge way too much for soda in the bottle. Won't ever get food from here again and definitely will not eat inside again. Don't recommend!

My orders are always correct and on time. Taste great as always. Drivers are always very friendly! 5 stars

First delivery order I received was cold and not tasty. So I went to the store talked to the manager and received a hot replacement. Good customer service.

They seem to be a little understaffed but still managed to provide me with a great pizza and in a timely fashion!! I'll definitely be back again. I have been going there since i was enjoying baseball awards in the basement when i was a kid!! Love the place

Poor customer service. Also , do I need to start asking for extra cheese? Hardly any cheese on my pizza , but lots of sauce. Confused. 
UPDATE: 10/27 -- I called corporate because I was supposed to receive a free pizza in regards to this email & NOBODY can find it under the database. But I received a call a few months prior & was told that it would be a credit on my account , under my phone number. Sad. Very poor customer service -- especially coming from corporate.
