Horrible experience. Called 1 hour before closed they refused to deliver to my address because quote “the driver is too scared to drive in rain”. At first they told me it would be 2 hours on delivery so I placed order online they called me back refusing to deliver and hung up phone. I’m in the delivery zone I live 1.4 miles away from the store but they also would not let me pick up order for carry out. The person on phone laughed at me and hung up phone when I voiced my frustration. I called back asked for his name he refused and hung up. Called again asked for corporate number he said they didn’t have give it to me and hung up again. This was not first time something similar happened I order all time and the closing manager is always rude. This location will not receive anymore of my further business. If you live in Reynoldsburg I suggest you go to the Whitehall location.

Order in front of me was cashed out wrong. I did like how manager quickly fixed it but they never apologized to customer who watched his order almost being given away. Then my pizza looked very dry and days old. I accepted it to be re-made. I'm sure it will look better. Fingers crossed.

How stupid is it that I am unable to place a delivery order because I wanted to pay with a 50$ bill. Then they tell me “well you can come pick it up”. No. I want you to deliver it. This is why I called. I want to know what they would have done if I wasn’t kind enough toblet them know ahead of time. Make the pizza, bring it to my house, and tell me “no” my money is no good.

Emily took my order and refused to own up to her mistake. Terrible customer service and really rude. On top of that her voice is worse than getting life for a crime you didn't do!
