Working with DooleyMack has been extremely trying for us. They work with small subcontractors yet expect them to have the deep pockets of big subcontractors. They expect us to pay all of our material suppliers and provide lien waivers without DooleyMack paying us a penny. So we have to front all this money and then beg and beg for our money. And just when it is finally time to pay us, they nitpick about every payment application in order to hold on to our money even longer. The project has been completed for nearly three months and we finally had to call the owner to get DooleyMack to talk about paying us.

Unless you can afford to pay all the material and labor costs and then wait for months to get paid, be careful when working with DooleyMack.
